Excellent dining experience with unique options. I had the pleasure of ordering the duck pad Thai, it was delicious! The friends in my party all had something different, whether it was Thai, Vietnamese, or Japanese. The service was excellent, and the wait for the food was not long at all. It's within walking distance of other Lewiston businesses as well. Highly recommend for the service, speed, and quality of food.

Orchid is a Vietnamese and Thai restaurant that I will greatly miss as a Bates student. Despite being a bit pricey, the food is undeniably worth it. The sushi rolls are particularly impressive, with flavorful combinations and extremely generous portions!
I am obsessed with Orchid Lewiston. When I moved back to Maine, I was desperate to find Thai that had the FLAVOR I was looking for. And then I found Orchid! Nothing is watered down, everything tastes so good. My personal favorites are the red curry, pad Thai, pad see ew, and shrimp shumai. In fact, their shrimp shumai is unlike any other. Whatever I'm dipping it into, it's perfectly sweet and not overbearing. Love their food! Please note I only ever order through DoorDash. I have never eaten inside, although I went in once with my sister and it looked really cute and peaceful.

The sushi was so good! Everything tasted super fresh and delicious! I was nervous about some of the rolls being deep fried, but it was very light and crunchy! Not heavly battered.
I lived in Thailand for a year and this brought my mouth back. The pad Thai was delicious! And the Bang Bang shrimp was outstanding. They do a garlic edamame which was a great twist. Service was on top of it all night
I love orchid Thai! I usually only get take out, and they always answer the phone using my name and they have my order saved! They are always so kind and the food is fantastic. I love the cocktails too. I did not know that they closed between 2 and 4 on some days, and I ordered take out close to 2 pm and I wasn’t made to feel rushed or uncomfortable for ordering so close to close. I always get orchid whenever I’m craving take out!
Always Amazing!! I can't say enough good things about Orchid. The staff is always pleasant, incredibly helpful and very friendly. The food is amazing, every time. We've had dine in, do take out quite often and the quality is the same, delicious! Orchid has been our New Year's Eve treat for the last 4 years now and hope to continue this tradition for a long time. :)
I had the BEST first experience here! Ale sat me and made sure I was doing well for my whole visit. Bill was making me drinks and made me the best spicy margarita I have EVER had. He used Thai chilli and it was so great. I cannot wait to come back! What a gem! Also they were so accommodating when I asked if my spicy marg could be strained. I can’t imagine somebody coming here and not being happy or pleased. It’s a wonderful gem. Can’t wait to come back!!
